Pulled Chicken and Coleslaw

INGREDIENTS:

4 Tbsp BBQ Sauce

2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed

1 Leftover Roast Chicken

1 Onion, Diced

2 Tbsp Water

METHOD:

1. Pull the meat from the bones of the leftover chicken and shred

2. Add onion to the pan and cook until translucent

3. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes

4. Throw in your chicken and fry with the onion and garlic

5. Mix the BBQ sauce and water together in a small bowl

6. Pour over the chicken and stir to coat

7. Cook on a low heat until you are ready to serve

8. Serve piled high on toasted buns with coleslaw
